- How do I create an account? To create an account, click on "Log In" in the upper right corner, then select "Create an account." Enter your email as both the username and email address, and choose a password. You will then receive an email to confirm your account.

- What payment methods are offered in the webshop? Invoice.
- How long is the delivery time? Delivery is normally dispatched from us wihtin 2 days, provided the product is in stock. During holiday periods, delivery times may be longer. Total delivery time depenes on recipients country. Do you have a specific deadline? Get in touch!
- A product I want to buy is out of stock, when will it be available again? If you cannot find the information you need regarding the product's availability, contact kevin.holmbom@zprofil.se, and we will assist you.
- How do I return an item? Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or incorrectly packed. Contact us via multishop@zprofil.se with your order number and reason for return, and we will assist you.
- Where can I find information about my previous orders? By clicking on your username in the upper right corner, you can access "My Pages," where you can find your order history and make changes to your information.
- Forgot your password? You can reset your password by clicking on "Log In" and then "Forgot password."
